In case there is a problem with your cargo shipment, please follow the steps below so we can process your case promptly:
- Contact your local agent and provide the following:
- Invoice Number
- Name of Sender
- Name of Receiver
- When it was shipped?
- What is the damage?
- Provide us a picture when possible
- Your local agent will then contact FOREX Cargo - HQ in Los Angeles, CA to submit the case and will contact you for any feedback from HQ.
- FOREX Cargo - HQ will investigate the case and continiuosly updating your agent for progress.
